Built inside the workflow

Software shaped by the work—not a feature checklist.

Mold Inspector began with a practical problem: inspection teams were re-entering the same information across calls, field notes, reports, quotes, and invoices. We built one connected record and kept refining it around real jobs.

The design principle

Capture a detail once. Keep it useful through the rest of the job.

What guides the product

Less duplicate work. More complete records.

The goal is not to automate judgment away. It is to remove the repeated typing, searching, and follow-up that keeps a team from using its judgment well.

01

Start with the field record

Photos, samples, notes, technicians, and client context should remain connected to the work that produced them.

02

Keep people in control

Automation and AI can prepare, organize, and suggest. The business still reviews the quote, finding, report, and client communication.

03

Make the handoff visible

Office, field, client, and financial activity should share a traceable history instead of disappearing into separate tools.

How it developed

One workflow at a time.

The product grew by following information through an actual job and fixing the places where people had to start over.

  1. 01

    The work was fragmented

Calls, client details, field notes, photos, lab documents, reports, and billing lived in different places. Each handoff created another chance to lose context.

  2. 02

The first workflows were built for active operators

Reporting and assessment tools were refined around the information teams were already gathering on real jobs—not around a generic CRM template.

  3. 03

The record expanded in both directions

What happened before the appointment—calls, leads, scheduling, and quotes—was connected to what came after it: reports, invoices, payments, reviews, and audit history.

  4. 04

The platform became available to more teams

Today Mold Inspector brings that connected workflow to solo operators, office-and-field teams, and multi-location businesses without forcing them to assemble the system piece by piece.
